to my understanding, they redraw it themselves
however, in some stories, the other official version (ex. spanish translation) may have the uncensored version
most language uses the censored version because twt moots said that some countries must follow rules for censoring blablabla

Have you tried googling the usual "read XYZ online", but in the language you want to read in? Usually all manga sites use that kind of keywords. You can also google-image that if regular googling doesn't work. Also if you're lucky you may find some translations on mangadex.
