if it makes you feel any better, the rest of vol. 2 (in the raws, not translated) shows the two (the guy who saved Toshio (?) and Toshio) just kinda living their lives together ++ Toshio gets his body back to normal (except his ears)

I really hate torture scenes and I'm a horror lover...
This was a rollercoaster of emotions. It nearly killed me. One of my favorite stories ever. No matter how problematic this relationship is, I still think they need each other and a good therapist.
This is one of the few comedy cute romance stories that I really like, and I can't wait for the updates.
