I don't care if he treated Lara badly if she had an issues she could try to talk it out with him, yet she doesn't. They're want to use this as a teaching opportunity for Mikhail to understand and express his feelings but to do that Lara should do the same to. I don't care about other peoples opinions Lara is rude. She may be angelic and likes to get a long with people but her weaknesses is giving up easily and she doesn't know how understand other people or take a step back. Not everybody is going to want form a relationship and that's fine. It's said in the earlier chapter she reached out to her multiple times, it's him that rejected her. Besides it's her home why should she be the one to adjust when she already initially started out as friendly and welcoming.
