my theory so far at chapter 38:
the little ghost boy called Jinu can be a hallucination of the serial killer, and Jinu is him but younger. but the confusing part is why the blond dude could see him too.
As for the “immortal” family members, I think they’re copy cats of them coming to the island. the dad was scared of the killer, unlike how he was before. his personality is also a little different. this could also explain why they’re so unphased by their “family member’s” bodies.
and finally, I think the killer was put on the island for people to examine him. like an experiment, but with rich people looking at him. and idk why his ex gf appeared on the screen though.
