OHHH... I FINALLY GET IT! (Kinda)
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I finally understand what hanako meant by him being a murderer. I really don't believe he is tbh. It wasn't his fault that tsukasa died,(or him being possessed) it was of tsukasa's own accord. He made the choice to sacrifice himself for his brother's health. That's why we only see them together as small children. I think hanako is filled with guilt of his brother disappearing, that he labels and blames himself as a murderer. Maybe I'm putting too much thought into this only for it to all be obsolete lol.
(I'll probably edit this later)
Edit 1 -
OK SO I HAD THAT ALL WRONG LMAO
Hanako probably didn't murder the real Tsukasa, but instead he murdered the possessed one. The fake if you will. "Tsukasa" has been with Hanako until the day of the "family suicide".

I came in thinking it would be like the other angel story by harada... I was totally wrong.
Oh my god, this story is just so beautiful. I laughed wayyyy too much when I realized he was just talking to himself and I got wayyyy too weirded out when I realized he imagined that a dead middle school boy was "dating" him. Thank god they didn't kiss, fuck, or whatever like in the other story. When he disappeared, I actually started to tear up and cry a bit. Like Jesus, that's so fucking rare for a manga to do that to me. Currently, this is the second manga that's ever done that. I'll probably read this again lol.
Found this on accident, but I don't really care cuz it's fucking awesome
