Yes. This is the chapter with the doctor/servant by Nakyum sick. It ends with Seungho sitting naked in a whorehouse/orgy so the implication is that he went to have sex with his other lovers. This is also confirmed in the scene where the sister wives (Seungho harem) are sitting with Jihwa trying to console him saying that Seungho was sleeping around as usual so not to worry about it.
Now, perspective because that makes all the difference.
- The scene with Seungho in the whorehouse shows a Seungho really bored, disinterested and thinking about Nakyum. Also, we don't see the sex this time. This is important because we get to see every time Seungho has sex in this story. The one scene where we get the idea that Seungho had sex but it was so irrelevant that we didn't need to see it. That goes with the meaning of sex in the context, that it was irrelevant and even less meaningful because Seungho really did it out of habit and he himself seemed flustered and impatient.
- The scene also ends with one of the lovers saying that Seungho was different and had stopped coming to their rendez vous, and he wondered if Seungho had found a fixed lover or had someone who was taking all his attention. Yes, we know he has.
- So in the sequence of things, it makes sense that Seungho tried to go back to his life and sleep around and this is the perspective of the other lovers (who were probably just trying to console Jiwha ). Seungho himself doesn't stop and think: I'm in love with the lowborn. He just feels the frustration of a feeling he doesn't get. The scene in the orgy where he leaves early is probably the last time he bothered to go look for someone else. . The new raw chapter also has a scene with Seungho and a fuck buddy going hunting and the buddy is snooping around about Nakyum while flirting and trying to seduce Seungho. This would probably be a usual hookup for Seungho but instead he cuts off the buddy advances, both his curiosity and his flirting. I don't think Seungho consciously made a decision to not sleep with other men anymore, he just do what he wants and he doesn't want sex with other men anymore. Even if Seungho didn't realize, he became faithful to Nakyum at this point, because he is whipped.

I read the last chapter on the russian site and basically during their hunt Jiwha was telling about roomers he heard about Seungho and Nakyum and Seungho said that it is non of his business what he does with Nakyum

Thanks so much for this!! So you know why Nakyum was crying in the latest chap? Prob out of shame of his paintings since the teacher prob said terrible things to him but why did Seungho slap him? And in the end is he asking to freed or what is he asking Seungho

Yes, Nakyum is left devastated by Inhun's words. Inhun was as cruel as he could be as revenge for Nakyum not spying on Seungho as he had hoped. Inhun humiliated Nakyum with everything he could to make him feel worthless: the fact that he is a lowborn, raised by prostitutes in a whorehouse and painted those things that Inhun thinks is disgusting and now is sleeping with Seungho. So Inhun practically said that Nakyum could never been anything else but a prostitute anyway and he shouldn't have expected anything else from him.
Unfortunately Inhun is Nakyum measure of his self worth. We even see this in the picture he did, inhun in a pedestal, someone who is admired and right and whatever the teacher says he is, Nakyum sees it as his value.
Seungho came back from his hunting trip and got word that Nakyum hadn't left his room and hadn't eaten all day so he went to check on him. He thought Nakyum was sick. When he sees Nakyum in that state he obviously wants to know why is he crying. Nakyum knows better than say what happened ( he probably knows Seungho could cut Inhun in two if he gets mad) so Nakyum refuses to say it and tries to lie. Seungho is not having it, he knows something is serious and asks again. However Nakyum is on edge and he snaps. He screams at Seungho to leave him alone, that he is painting what he wanted, what else does he want? Now, Seungho may be in love with Nakyum and let Nakyum get away with things he would never forgive in anyone else but he is still the master of the house and someone who is quick to lose his temper if someone disrespects him. So Seungho also snaps back and slaps Nakyum telling who does he think he is talking to? Noticed that Seungho gets specially flustered and mad every time that he starts with a gentle gesture to Nakyum and gets rejected. So when Nakyum shouts at him he also loses his patience too and says who do you think you are shouting at?
Coincidence or not, the slap causes Nakyum to stare at the picture he made for Inhun and maybe because he is in desperate need of comfort, instead of shy away or cry more, Nakyum reaches out to Seungho arm and ask him to 'hold/embrace' him. But the way he does it mean he is actually asking Seungho to have sex with him. He says that he is not drunk this time (a direct reference to the first time he took the initiative that ended up in sex. He wants Seungho to know that he knows what he is asking and to whom).
I think it's both sad but also a turning point between Seungho and Nakyum if they have sex next chapter. Sad because Nakyum's is obviously using it for comfort rather than being about his feelings for Seungho. However, good because I think Nakyum reaching out to Seungho means that he somehow feels desired and cherished when Seungho is having sex with him....what is the opposite of feeling like a prostitute.
