not yall wanting “character development” for a rapist omg. this is the first time i saw a plot where the abused relates their experience to childhood trauma and has a chance of escaping. i really hope he escapes, sh is batshit crazy lmfao he really would have attacked noona and her bodygaurd had it not been for that old man (forgot his name) trying to stop him. also some of you are sounding a lil too misogynistic now that a girl willing to help him has entered the scene
i have and i agree.
but then again, it is different for everybody. And this story is written differently than KS, where it showed a lot of flashbacks of their childhood and reflected upon how that affected their mental illnesses and the way they think/operate. This one does less in that aspect, however we now know he witnessed and was exposed to really bad abuse and also a lot of sex since he was very young, and that could be detrimental to how he views love, relationships, etc. We'll see how the story progresses.
Tbh he looked kinda idealistic in the first chapters for a boy who witnessed abuse. Also, I took for granted he witnessed a lot of sex since he lived in a kisaeng house, even tho in the flashback they seem all dressed. Tbh I don't think the author is good at portraying realistic psychology of the characters
she looks so hot oml
