Exactly, it like, the age isn't really the problem, the problem is that he raised him and saw his as a son as at least a younger brother but now they're going to get together? I don't understand why so many stories have back stories like this when they could've made it normal and not ethically dubious

i dont see how the dynamics would be any different, after all hyo un almost perfectly imitated the mental and physical maturity of a child. The main issue here is the dynamics after all, not the "age gap". Taehyuk raised hyo-un for 10 years, had it been 1 or 2, there wouldnt have been a real problem.

You're completely right when I said he wasn't human I mean as in he wasn't a like a human child but that doesn't get rid of the father son dynamics.
I feel like regardless their relationship would be extremely werid but present Taehyuk is somewhat better than past Taehyuk because the two haven't established that father son relationship but either way it'll still be strange
