I think it's wholesome. Blair doesn't know how to dance so Chloe told her to just step on his feet and dance like that. Blair caught him off guard by doing casual talk so he lost his grip with her. She isn't tripping, he is just loosening his grip and idk maybe he wanna hug her so he doin that hehehehe ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
