is it bad that i don’t really care about the romance in this story? i’m just here for her saving the animals, honestly. it’s what she’s always wanted to do in her past life, and seeing her finally get the chance to live that dream is the most satisfying part. also, i know the story’s mainly centered around cats, but i really hope she saves those hounds soon too. i cant believe they still let them go after seeing them tied up and tortured like that. poor cadis probably has stockholm syndrome at this point. i just want her to protect them all.
