Well this is a stupid argument, obviously BL/Yaoi made by women is all from their delulu and fantasy. We don't fucking care about HIV or STD, it's just a bl story. And which author wants to include diseases like HIV or STD into the story they made. It's all just a fantasy, the sex scene in BL are also fantasy and don't happen in the real world.
