Why are the comments invaliditing the trauma? I know it's bad to push your trauma onto someone else but someone like the ml has no control of that because his actions are being affected by his traumas. If I were him, I'd be overthinking and chose not to be with the mc bcs of the trauma. Good for him bcs he's brave and chose to be honest with his feelings.
