5/5 Stars — Words cannot describe how much I adore these two and this sweet story!! It really has everything you wish: action, emotions, humor, communication, intimacy, green flags and characters that are not flat! PLUS an adorable cute child! I really wish there was more ;0; This wholesome gem is going into my all-time-fave list ASAP and I know I’ll be coming back re-reading this often!
3/5 Stars — It starts out interestingly and scratches upon interesting topics, but their dynamics soon come into a „rut“ and I can’t for the life of me see any attraction or real spark between them.
They just suddenly land into bed with one another and the scene is somehow ..cringey (nevermind the huge age gap)? More often than not the dialogue is very ambiguous, vague and I don’t see any worthwhile improvements in their overall behavior or dynamics.
I kept reading, 'cause I hoped for more depth, explanations, or interesting twists, beyond the same-old inner monologue of self-hatred and insecurities, or the „my in-debted father suddenly appeared and threatened me“ — Heck I even humored the idea of a time skip before they got intimate (could’ve been interesting), but nothing of the sorts happened. Even the „falsely accused for murder“-thing ended pretty quickly and without anything really happening or changing between them. The main cause being them not actually communicating, apart from vague dialogues, blushing and grinning ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
The art is pretty and it kept me interested enough to at least keep on reading, but I just know I won’t read it again haha and I won’t return, even with the last panel not being the end and everyone waiting for Woojung to return to bed (prolly with a ring? xD)
6/5 Stars — This was seriously one of the best, funniest, most interesting and sweetest story I‘ve ever read! (≧∀≦) I love the idea and concept of the plot, I love how they slowly grow into their relationship and feelings (especially in difference to those stories who have no plot whatsoever and every second panel is smut smut smut), I love all the sweet and sad emotions, I love all the sidestories with the various ghost huntings, I love how each character has their own personality and depth, but most of all I adore their dynamics and humor! I laughed so hard, during so many scenes („Go grab it then! Trade your life for a shoe!“) xD! This is going to my alltime faves asap and I know I will reread it many times in the future! I hope the author may comes back to them with a new story or sidestories! (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
4/5 Stars — You can tell, that this was the author’s first piece, because it’s lacking a bit of (facial) expression and is somehow shy in it’s overall approach, nevertheless it‘s a really good read! Interesting concept, unique art, dialogues and sensual smut! It get‘a a bit repetitive near the end, but the author did a good thing tying loose ends and finishing the story, before it gets boring. It‘s a comforting read, which I absolutely do recommend reading and will definitely re-read again! (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
4/5 Stars — The art is so sensual and erotic, and I really love that the author is not repeating the same situations and dialogue again and again! It is slow burn though and I have to admit, that I was thoroughly confused the first 20 chapters or so xD since it starts off in the middle of a scene and I was lost with what was going on and what they are talking about! It is very interesting though and keeps dragging you in~
3/5 — Quick and easy read. There’s not much of a substantial plotline (meaning the motivation is very weak), but that also means that there‘s not much drama or heartbreak, which makes it such an easy read. In some scenes the smut was too much or unmotivated and without any real attraction or intimacy to it, like when MC found out about the Prez-thing and instead of talking about it, they jumped into the sheets xD Could‘ve done without that, tbh
I‘m glad that it‘s relatively short and the side story was kinda cute. I wouldn’t read it again, but I do recommend it as a quick and easy read without any drama.
