Okay not really related, but I just had the WEIRDEST coincidence just happen..I have never heard of ikebana before and was just watching a Queer Eye episode where they were learning about it, I paused the episode to read this manga without reading the synopsis and it's WHAT DO I SEE. I'm weirded out, what are the odds. Okay I'm done now
He is named after the mineral because of his colour that is similar to tungsten, a Swedish chemist gave it that name cause it was heavier than other minerals or something.
It seems like we call it Volfram in Sweden though and the English speakers kept the swedish name for it, Tungsten.
