I said in my initial comment the audacity of Belphegor(in this manga) sharing a name with Belphie(one of my favourite characters in Obey me) and acting how he does was a crime. Never mentioned anything to do with what type of demon they were because yes as pointed out, they are different types of demons, doesn’t change they share the same name.
