This list has a bit of everything - HIDDEN GEMS, fluff, drama, action, horror, psychological etc. Wont include 2 with the same couple. Not a fan of pwp, romantisized rape, dubcon, blackmail, infedelity, pedophilia, incest, etc.

I always tried with mpreg tag but there was always other things too. Like omegaverse but not with pregnancy or thinking about pregnancy... But in my list the title is clear there will be mpreg or males giving birth. But there can also be pregmans and beasts too. Hope all of you will find what you want in my list.
