Damn the community for this manga is fucked up. All that's ever commented here is anger and nasty hate, and attacks on characters and fans of this series. I admit I posted one too, but looking back on it and on what this manga' s comment section looks like, I'm just smh. Viewfinder and its toxic community

Thats a bit unfair as theres drama in every fandom and there are only a handful who like to start trouble. This is only a very tiny corner of fandom, dont let it get to you.

People don't seem to get that logic does not work on on some people. Some just have a firm resistance to evidence. Probably also a firm resistance to admitting fault.
What I'm saying is, why even bother wasting time arguing with people like that. Whether they're trolling on purpose or are actually genuine, arguing with them is just bound to lead to nothing but petty fights.
Of course, making fun of them does that as well.
Seriously though, hopefully people will get tired of arguing if whether Asami loves Fei or not and whatnot asap. Not that it will eliminate all drama from the fandom but it seems to be the center of it for about a year now.

places without moderators are usually a mess

That's the main problem in this page. Some posters like to provoke and if they get all the attention they want, they continue because this amuses them. I don't even believe that the anonymous who usually posts using sibylline language creates threads of axf just to make a random comment, but to laugh their ass off with all the insults and attacks they get.

i don't understand what you are talking about. It isn't important if that person really ships axf, axa, axseamonster, or whatever else, but the people who fall into all these tricks and start posting insults. Besides the case of the infamous S that everyone knows who uses to insult directly the characters, this other anon only comments like "you don't understand the manga, bla bla", and people fall like pigeons without even having the excuse of the starting insults (like with S). ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Unfortunately I think the troll (s) can be anyone here, even those who always post, there are sick people to the point of representing two faces. So you can not believe someone here since there is no way to prove anything.

So true.

Am I the only one who thinks Undertaker may be FakeCiel (I'm calling him Estelle<--- I am 99% convinced that this is his true name, but obviously I could be wrong) and Ciel's grandfather??????? The more I reread the manga the more it seems likely.
If anyone would like to know why I think so, here are my main points:
1.) We all know this one but--One of his precious lockets belong to Claudia P. The grandmother.
2.) He has been in service to the Phantomhives for generations.
3.) He is highly interested in humans and their lives, and has no interest in his shinigami work. I can defiantly see that interest evolving into a sort of "love" if he met the right person.
4.) This chapter: http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/kuroshitsuji/an/kuroshitsuji/103/pg-5/ - reveals that Estelle (FakeCiel) can "sense" shinigami, and one of the two present shinigamis comment that it might be due to his lineage.
5.) The manga does reveal the name of their real grandpa, but we can not confirm that the name does not belong to Undertaker since he has not revealed his name yet, which is odd considering that we know every other shinigami's name (why keep it secret?)
6.) He cares deeply for the Phantomehives as shown when he cries for Vincent P. http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/kuroshitsuji/an/v20/c105/pg-24/
7.) His primary goal is to bring back the dead. But why? True, he did give a flimsy reason such as "I just want to know what is beyond the end." BUT It would make sense that if he was the grandpa he would want to resurrect his dead family. He was also never out right hostel towards Estelle, he always ensured that Sebastian would be able to save him.
Has anyone thought this???? Is this theory old???? xD

I think the Undertaker is his Grandfather which means Ciel is part Grim Reaper
This is such a beautiful and well written story but the people in the comments are cancerous, reiterating the same thing someone has literally posted underneath them. We get it. But trying to tell others to stop adressing J as what he is, is annoying. J is a man in a story revolving other gay men (and one odd woman) going through stages of sexual development that many irl gay men (and some strange women) go through. If you guys want to call him transgender or whatever, you are free to do so. It makes sense, its non refutable in some cases but saying others should as well is obnoxious. No transitions would ever happen. He'd never go from male to full woman so whats wrong with calling him a man. J even refers to himself as a nelly, and never makes a big deal about being called the sex that he is because it does not bother him. Plus if he'd ever transition (which he has no desire to do) that would completely undermine him accepting himself, and J is not alone now. He has found love and acceptance with Paul. Who is a man in love with J's true self, a man. An beautiful effeminate diva one, but a man non the less.
Up here Lavender, in case you got lost :)
So what I’m getting from all this is that you hate the idea of J being a trans woman because it would ruin “the hot yaoiz.” Got it.
Also you acknowledged that interpreting J as trans is a valid interpretation but why does it bother you so much? Others think she’s a trans woman and you don’t, why does that piss you off so much? No one is saying you having to think she’s trans but you seem to think people are.
I’m not going to argue with you anymore because clearly you’re not going to listen to me.
I correct myself. Exactly one person down below is saying you have to think she’s trans. Still that’s only one person and you are in no way obligated to agree with them. The way you reacted was really immature though.
I am giving my interpretation of a character that acknowledges himself as a gay male and saying that it is still ok to call him as such. The reason why I responded against those who, yes can interpret J as what they want to but understand that other may not feel the same, is that what was being said by yourself and a few others undermines the homosexuality of this story. Not because I see this for "the hot yaoiz" as you so eloquently put it, but because I see it as a one in a million story that shows true character development and struggles of gay men. Many homosexual males grow up doing the same things J does (make up, idolizing female celebs, referring to themself as "she", dressing up as girls) and are not labeling themselves as transgender women, or transisioning into actual women, just because they like the things girls like. I am onlu saying that it is ok to call him a he, he does not mind it, he knows what he is and accepts it presently.
But is that apart of the gau side or gender experimentation? Not all gay guys like feminine things or ever want to be seen as a girl
Further more...J's femininity....is seen as a curse. Growing up in 1960s. Many trans women up until recently still called themselves men because that's how society sees it over all.
At the end, she's not just in the dress, but singing the song she liked as a kid, before the world, her father, and her mother all went to shit and death, mental illness.
Her feminity is also seen as a curse. She fights with it. She is most happy when she is dressed like a woman.
Her identity she feels is compounded by the fact she finds it toxic. She loves/hates herself at the same time.
Its not just a regular gay story.
J literally says multiple times that she is a women, she also says that shes always thought of herself as women until she realized her and her mother had different body parts. She also literally wants to become marilyn monroe (who is a woman) this is so obvious stop denying it
..wait...people still finding this comment? My views have somewhat changed since I wrote this but I still pretty much stand by it. Believe what you want and take from this story whatever you'd like. It's still bl
If it was a bl it would be tagged as either shounen ai or yaoi
