Angel asked for the demon to become human and demon asked for the angel to be with him.
The Heaven was run by some cherub like beings to keep the world moving calling it the 'God' project but when the real God came into form (dunno what else to call it) He overrode the fake system by completing the mission which was given by him to Judas is a miracle for the couple.
