It’s refreshing to see the male lead looking at his own actions and that he knows he was one of the ppl who caused his wife’s downfall. Nice characters development and nice reflection in the male lead.
You guys need to stop this behavior. Everybody who’s saying this manga “hit the spot” or that it was “really good, I have to read the authors’ other works” is down right DISGUSTING. You guys are basically supporting pedophila. It’s small things like this, that play into a larger role in society. For example, setting examples that it’s okay to screw little kids and manipulate them. Who knows— if the author is writing/drawing about this type of “Yaoi” they were probably victims of abuse like this from an early age and they’re only way to cope with it as an adult is to “expose” themselves repeatedly to get over their trauma. We need to stop this—it’s managas like these that “trigger” a mindset and basically play out a domino effect on every consciousness that touching kids is alright to society if there’s drawings about it all over the internet. It’s basically child pornography (Ps, I’ve only read this because of a comment I’ve seen from this manga. Someone was saying it was disgusting. If Seth had just told the truth everything would’ve stopped. The curse, the constant hate going around, the drama, it’ll also allow Horus some peace of mind as to why his dad went on a killing spree, and it’ll also explain why Seth became the man he is today. Ik talking about trauma isn’t easy—especially in Seths case but if I was him, I would’ve just given up and told the truth. I know for a fact I would’ve been too exhausted and tired of everything that telling my (Seths) story wouldn’t change anything to me personally bc I’ve (Seth) basically lost everything. After I’ve told the truth, I’d prob run away to a far away land (since I’m basically immortal), erase any evidence of where I’m going, and live there in peace and comfort. I wouldn’t want to kill myself because Osiris (I think that’s the brothers name???) rules over. But hey—that’s just me. (⌒▽⌒)

Not just women. Anyone. People have hard time to denounced their rapist for many reason:
1/ They don't want to relive the trauma by remembering it. And exposing the truth will cement the fact that is actually happen.
2/ They fear the change of social status that will come from it. No one want to be seen as a victim. Victims experience a deep disgust at themselves for "allowing" it to happen, especially when they were coerced to do it (to survive or to save someone or because you were groomed) and believe that other will feel the same disgust. And if society didn't have enough example of people turning their back on victims blaming them, maybe that fear would be less rooted.
3/ fear of not being believed. Which bring us back to step 2 and 1.
4/ Which is often overlooked: victims know what it means to have their life destroyed by an act, and can't bring themselves to do the same with the same act, either by bringing justice to the rapist (even if they wrong you, you don't necessary want to make someone an outcast) and breaking the delusional bubble of their surrounding, that it is friends or family related to you or to the rapist.
A victim is left to not simply punish the rapist, but also hurt deeply and traumatized anybody that was involved, not to mention often those persons you try to protect turns on you. And following a rape, you are nowhere near ready to face that mentally.
I know it's not just for a woman, I just used it as an example to make it easier to understand
