Think of it as a slice of life. It’s really about them growing as people. Now Shinae and Yeongji are going through graduating from high school and figuring out what they want to do with their lives. Meanwhile Kousuke is growing in his supposed field of choice.

Well, Dieter (the blonde) still has a crush on her and Shinae seems a little more opened to him now since she even went on a semi- date with him and blushed a couple of times around him. However they’re not dating or anything, they’re really just friends; she’s just not distant like she used to be with him and even appreciates his presence. So they might grow into something.

She did start to open up this way because of her friendship with Yeong-Ji (funny red head) who now knows more about her feelings, situation and state of mind than her female friends, so I’m hoping they’re endgame. It’s also possible that one or both of them have started having subconscious feelings for each other, but it’s one of those things that you can’t be 100% sure about just yet.

So I guess there IS romance, but it’s just not the main plot point. It’s simply a natural part of the story so you know it’ll never be forced. What this slice of life is really about is the growth of the three mains as young adults (Shinae and Yeong-ji are 17 and Kousuke is 23 I think) who are figuring themselves out as they deal with their own personal/family dramas and what they want to do with their lives.

He's an asshole for doing a fraction of what the asshole who had him assaulted by his piece of shit ex just so he could manipulate him into sadomasochistic sex did to him? Not even close, Heejae deserves everything he has coming and much more.

Jisuh's now using his love, trust and body for revenge. Idk but to me he sank low on the level as Heejae. Plus it's not like he didn't enjoy the sex, what Heejae did was a dick move yeah, still, he honestly apologised and said he regrets it. What else could he do. Rn HJ thinks Jisuh loves him and forgave him, however he's just gonna get backstabbed by the one he loves

Because Heejae is a sociopath, he only intended to use him for his own amusement to begin with and if he caught feelings along the way, that's his own damn fault. After all the lowdown scummy, manipulative shit he did when he knew Jisuh literally just went through a breakup that ruined relationships for him once, I have zero sympathy for his conniving ass.

Also, hiring an emotionally and physically abusive ex to emotionally and physically abuse someone again just so you can manipulate them into needing him for protection from a situation he himself created is 10 billion leagues beyond just a "dick move." He's a total scumbag.
