When the uke was drunk from the beginning he was out of it which makes it questionable. While when the seme was drunk he was still conscious and continuously was talking and having a conversation with the uke. You can still have sex with someone while drunk.

I don’t think you actually can since they’re not thinking clearly and one of them is sober while the person B isn’t and never gave consent when they were in their right mind. It’d probably be less of a problem if the manager/director or whatever didn’t know he was drunk and thought he was sober, BUT HE KNEW HE WASN’T. (Not sure since I haven’t been through it myself and it’s different for others and if I’m allowed to make such assumptions since I don’t have much idea of how it works, But that’s how I’ve understood it from others)
