he got his own body, since he looks exactly the same and his reincarnation/transfer was different than eris who already had a body in her real life, hence he was basically a new addition to reality instead of replacing someone else
They didn't include it here but it confirmed in the novel that he took over someone else's body, the original owner had an accident and I guess he died then anakhin took over his body . They sent him to therapy because he kept saying he wasn't who they think and to learn some things about this world before meeting with eris but he's still learning
i am rereading it after so long and i just realised he actually has lowkey a personality like hes whole arc really isnt that hes cold and boring asf
also i love this manahwa so much like why cant they make these type of isekai lately
