I kinda don't like the fact that there's going to be a live action and anime, 'cuz
1- usually they suck, the names change or the animation is not what I pictured;
2- this is the era where manhwa start to have adaptations and adaptations and people are not going to pay attention to it or give it the appreciation and respect it deserves 'cuz it's just one of the mass-produced ones;
and most importantly, 3- it has a special place in my heart so I really hope it will be ok, I'm just really hoping for the English novels to come out already. I've finished reading the whole story like two years ago and I can't get enough of it
Also, it's not that I'm a pessimist or anything, just sayin. I'd be happy to have a bigger fanbase, but not for the wrong reasons ╥﹏╥

Heard from another site that this manhwa ended like this cuz it was canceled. The novel was way longer(200 out of 400 or smth was covered, but the thing is that the latter half is not translated in English). So either read the novel in Korean/wait for translations or accept chap 101 as the last one

Oh... that explains a lot... I was wondering why we got no explanation/closure about the god that accompanied him or about the saintess who's highly sus or even some details about the demon king who apparently was a former hero... But at the same time... I'm ok with it ending like that? Like, I get why it was canceled sice it was starting to get boring...
╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

At first I thought it will be a stupid story, but the plot twist was actually nice

Heavy spoilers for the ending if I remember correctly
The fantasy game is actually a simulation in which he ml tried to conserve his sister's spirit or smth in there cuz she was either in a coma or died and ml couldn't live without his last(?) family member. So he gave up on reality and decided to live in that made-up world with her. He eventually forgot about reality, the sister didn't, and the fl, I think, was chosen by the stuff or his friends to make him want to leave that place and accept his sister's death. Their love story was like a bonus.

Y'all, it's obvious that ecclise tried to help her by bringing the og back, he just wants our girl to be happy and he thought that by leaving that place it's going to improve her state
So don't hate my boy

Bringing back Yvonne so the family casts Penelope aside so he can then swoop in and run away with her isn't "helping" her. She didn't want to run away with him and he's trying to force her hand. He 100% brought Yvonne in order to isolate Penelope from everyone else. It's manipulative AF (irl this would even be considered abusive). Anyway dude is hella obsessed and very toxic and unhealthy to be around.
I rooted for the side couple, the one with Ryuu. Main one was kinda trash, only miscommunication(non communication rather), lots of shyness, annoying blushing. I still have like 30 chaps, but I got bored of it pretty quickly. I don't even have to imagine what I'll see next cuz it's kinda obvious. Sad. Sad I say. I'll just scroll thru it to say I finished it like I've already been doing for the last 50 chaps. And no, I really tried reading it, but it's just... Mid.
Maybe I'm already too old for this thing, even tho it's supposed to be for my age. Seriously can't understand old folks who love this stuff.
Oh. They broke up.
Liked the teacher. Cool character, stood his ground. With principles even, not many like him in these manga worlds
