So Doc knew the Uke before and turns out they both were each other's first love or maybe just Uke's forst love was the Doc only when they were teens (Not sure cuz Raws are raws after all) and The doc left uke unannounced and broke his heart kinda. It was in their early teens so they didn't recognise e/o. This recognition happens when Uke is seriously having doubts about seriousness of them being a couple. He sees doc with doc's ex. Doc brushes it off as if nothing happened even tho Doc wasn't cheating or anything but he still didn't care to explain so Uke feels he will get abandoned again by Doc and breaks up with him. A lot of stuff happens even for the second couple a lot of stuff goes down finally Doc figures out who uke really is and also apologizes, they have an emotional and amazing confession thingy and now they are together happily and I have read raws till here only but like this takes up so many chapters pretty sure till the time they are on here so many raws will be out.
