Is there anyone who have read the novel? As far as I remember, Firentia and second Prince didn't get engaged not until the end. I believe there's a Claus or degree that Lombardi and Imperial family can't be together. Kindly correct me if I'm wrong
I did! This is actually following the novel correctly. They didn’t make the engagement truly real and married until the end because of that clause. Without spoiling too much for others, the prince had to do some things so that they could get married. Like create a law for his beloved to marry him. That’s what you’re talking about!
