I remember reading this one on MRM but I can’t remember the title of it. I tried putting the rough plot points into a AI machine and it got most of the plot correct but couldn’t tell me the title, so I’m asking y’all. Here is the plot:

Once upon a time, in a small town surrounded by lush green fields, there lived a curious and imaginative boy named Hiroshi. Hiroshi had always been fascinated by the idea of extraterrestrial life and often daydreamed about encountering aliens.

One sunny day, Hiroshi was walking home from school when he saw something peculiar in the sky. It was a strange object, shimmering and hovering in the distance. Convinced that he had just witnessed a UFO, Hiroshi's excitement grew. He rushed to school the next day, eager to share his incredible experience with his friends and classmates.

However, to Hiroshi's dismay, nobody believed him. They dismissed his claims as mere imagination and teased him for his wild stories. Determined to prove them wrong, Hiroshi decided to take matters into his own hands. He resolved to capture photographic evidence of the aliens he believed he had seen.

That night, armed with his trusty camera, Hiroshi ventured into the darkness. Guided by the stars above, he wandered through the fields and into the nearby forest. As he roamed, his heart raced with anticipation, hoping to witness another encounter with the extraterrestrial beings.

Suddenly, his gaze caught a glimpse of movement among the trees. Hiroshi's pulse quickened as he adjusted his camera, capturing every moment in the lens. Through the viewfinder, he saw mysterious figures, their forms illuminated by an otherworldly glow.

As Hiroshi snapped away, his excitement began to waver. The figures he had encountered didn't seem like aliens at all. In fact, they appeared to be human, but with masks and strange attire. It was a sight that sent chills down Hiroshi's spine.

Confused and frightened, Hiroshi retreated, rushing back home with his camera full of puzzling photographs. He couldn't understand what he had witnessed. Were these masked individuals part of some secret society? Or were they just ordinary people playing a prank?

Days turned into weeks, and Hiroshi couldn't shake off the eerie encounter from his mind. He couldn't bring himself to show the photographs to anyone, afraid of being ridiculed once again. Instead, he found solace in his imagination, creating a narrative where the masked individuals were actually aliens from a distant planet.

In this alternate reality, Hiroshi's traumatic experience transformed into an intergalactic adventure, where he was the hero who had bravely encountered otherworldly beings. It became an escape for him, a way to cope with the confusion and fear he felt.

Years later, as Hiroshi grew older, he stumbled upon his old camera and the forgotten photographs. Looking at them again, he realized that what he had captured that night were not aliens, but something far more sinister. The masked figures were, in fact, a group of men from his village who had committed unspeakable acts against him.

——-
I’m not sure if his name was Hiroshi but there are some mistakes in here:
1.) The manga didn’t show the reader what happened after he was hospitalised. So no he didn’t look at the photographs.
2.) It was his friend who found out that the MC got SA‘d

So in short: MC got SA‘d by some men in their town, his way of coping was thinking they were aliens. He told his classmates but nobody believed him. He went out at night with his camera to get proof, got SA‘d again and hospitalised.

I think it was a oneshot. I’ve been searching under the Tragedy, Drama and Psychological Tag but I couldn’t find anything for dear life. I’m really desperate cus even if it was a quite depressing story, the storytelling and panelling was really amazing. Also no the SA was not visual. There was one small panel indicating it but that’s it.

Anyway if someone remembers it, please tell me the title!
