No one wants to hear someone criticize something they enjoy, so they always try to deflect and make it seem like you're overreacting. I've had a couple "don't like don't read" with an annoying text emoji attached thrown at me before, and it is mildly irritating. If reading something is going to feel like a chore, then I'm just going to pass on it. So many webtoons have been dropped because they can go on for so long, and I just lose interest if I don't care that much about the characters tbh. The only manga I remember dropping is Ten Count.
