I don't make sounds. Even at home, tho when in the house I usually let out a big breath, smile, make a weird face or cup my own cheeks. If people are present with both eyes and ears, I try to only lift my brows a little or draw my lips inward a bit, rest of the face remaining mainly unfazed. I try to avoid bl where the bottom is overly feminized and the top is way too masculine because 99% of bl is like that and you can pretty much guess the storyline just from how the characters look.
