Spoiler warning for Oh my assistant
I mean, we already had traffic accident as an obstacle in one of the author's previous works. I really don't need the same plot again here. If he gets hit by a car/truck, Seonyul will probably feel guilty (since it only happened because he ran away) and take care of him. Just like the MC in oh my assistant felt responsible for taking care of his friend and almost ruining his relationship as a result of it.
As far as I know that's their second story that's not a short and it would be a little bit too early to recycle a previously used plotline.
I think this was the fastest a chapter of Dear Door has ever been deleted. Btw, depending on how you count, this was either translator #10 or #9.
Anyways, if anybody still considers picking this up, please, just don't do it. This wouldn't be the first series that gets taken down from this site and bad translations will be reported and removed anyways. You're just wasting your time here and risk getting this series permanently removed.
You know if I was more of a tinfoil hat, I'd be convinced that at this point all those bad translations for official licensed webtoons are made by people who work for the official source and want to convince people to buy it by posting almost unreadable translations.
I personally don't care much since I planned on buying it starting next update anyways (and then it'll be available in my library until the site shuts down) but keep in mind that many webtoons are only available for purchase for a few years. After that the only way to read it is on an illegal site and by posting bad translations you're basically ruining the opportunity to enjoy this series for everybody who starts reading it after it was removed from the official platform.
Not too long ago somebody here posted a theory why the bridge disaster might have happened...
Spoiler warning since I'll be talking about the raws
Last week, when I read the theory that it was actually Hwan causing the bridge to collapse, I thought the idea was intriguing but I couldn't imagine that the author would actually go there. But after this week's update I think whoever wrote it might be on to something. I don't see how, at this point Hwan could be anything other than evil. I mean Chiwoo was clearly upset and didn't want Hwan to touch him and then he starts to cry the least convincing tears I have seen in a while just to manipulate him. And then that evil smirk. He was already untrustworthy but that smirk sealed it for me.
I'm still not completely convinced that the story will actually go that dark, but with every update this kind of development becomes more likely.
I just read the latest two updates

Boy, I'm frustrated. The incubus scene was dragged out way too long. It took up 5 chapters when it shouldn't have been longer than two. And then the author built up this big emotional moment between Nuah and Rix, with Rix going on (internally) about how he wants to tell Nuah everything and how he feels and that he loves him and then he opens his mouth ... and asks him to have sex. They do it but neither of them is really enjoying it and I'm sitting here, feeling emotionally blue-balled. I know the scene isn't over yet but even if he actually ends up confessing (and I'm pretty sure he'll do it sooner rather than later considering how lovey-dovey they look in the preview pictures) that was a very unfortunate place to end the chapter. Might be better to wait another week to read the next update because that's probably going to have a better flow.
have theory which includes spoilers from the raws ( I might be completely wrong here though)

We've seen Hwan acting pretty suspicious throughout the story. At first he assaulted Chiwoo while he was asleep despite him knowing about Chiwoo's feelings for him (or at least it was implied that he has known about his feelings for a while) and it looked like this wasn't the first time. With everything we know right now he seems almost a little bit too obsessed with Chiwoo.
Besides, as others have pointed out, the minigame scene and the doll who happens to look exactly like him were pretty suspicious. On top of that we know from the raws (again, spoiler warning) that he's also some kind of magical boy. Which could mean that he knew all along about Chiwoo's side gig and just pretended to be unconscious when the monster in the cafe attacked. Which would be pretty fucked up. Why would he not help him (makes him look like a character Harada would write for one of her fucked up stories)?
Right at the beginning of the story, when Chiwoo says that he's been in love with Hwan every since then, they seemed to be in high school and while it's not completely clear when exactly he started loving him, if it happened during high school I think it might be possible that this is when Hwan made his contract and his wish was for Chiwoo to fall in love with him. Maybe Chiwoo doesn't actually love him, he was just made to believe that by whoever Hwan's contract partner is.
I'm not sure about that yet. He could know about him being
(another spoiler warning here just in case)
a magical boy as well since he's in contact with the mascots and Hwan might've signed a deal with Moony. But he also had to search for Chiwoo and Moony said, that Jin was looking for the guy who signed a deal with Sunny for a long time and that they haven't seen each other for a while. So maybe he's out of the loop a little bit and doesn't know about Hwan. Anyways, we'll find out soon enough since he's present when Hwan shows up as magical boy.
Mild spoiler warning
There's one chapter left in this season and while I don't have access to the raws, most of the preview pictures for the upcoming chapters show Rix and Nuah being lovey-dovey. Also, there's probably a reason why the chapter ended shortly before their lips touched. So I wouldn't be too worried about Rix having sex with Banam ;).
