The student council president and vice president, Ninomae and Katsura, are perfect beings to the student body. Both beautiful and charming they can do no wrong. Katsura has slightly developed feelings for the “perfect” Ninomae but wonders if he has a different side to him like she does. A side that isn’t prim and perfect, but brash.
