Because of his sheer incompetence -> an unforgivable for a man if his position.
Say, DID he truly wish to be put on the throne? Or was he forced / manipulated by the Queen into it?
I almost had hope that "better late than never" applies to him, but I don't think so.
Sure, there's guilt there, but his reaction says that he will still only make a move if it benefits him

Honestly.... the sex scenes of this manwha is so not my thing and kinda disgusts me too
... but I'm so curious as to:
re: MC
- why IS he still in that dimension
- where did he actually come from
- HOW did he become their king
re: Cliff
- who IS he
- WHERE is he now
re: Nergal
- why does it feel like he has some other motive besides reproduction? What's his TRUE END GOAL
- does he have some twisted affection for MC
....and so, I shall have to suffer thru the chapters until I find the answers (unless someone has spoilers? pretty please?)
(;ω;)

Eh. No.
That was too fast and a sweep under the rug for Ignet.
*sorry, this is a sore spot for me and i didn't like the way it was handled. Doesn't make this a bad story though.
I was expecting more regret on how she regarded others w/such disregard -> essentially looking down on those weaker than her (MY INTERPRETATION, I can be wrong)
I was hoping SOME acknowledgement/realization that she looked down on others a bit too much or that she became slightly twisted on her way to gaining power.
Instead what i got was, "that's right, i have comrades too" -> time for power up!!!
(-_-#)
But then again, maybe she's more of a plot device at this point rather than a side character in need of substantial character development

It's been a while, so I've forgotten.
What was Hoya's deal again?
Is her end goal to be the emperor/king?
Is she acting like a double agent to screw the general over?
Is she treating rayburn as a disposable pawn to achieve her goals?
Or were her exact motives not revealed yet?
(Sorry, I don't know where to start rereading to know and I didn't want to start from the very beginning either)

It's been a while since I've read the previous chapters, but I'm pretty sure Hoya and Rayburn trust each other implicitly. They both also care for Fredrick.
They are simply going different ways to take down the chancellor, because it will be easier if that guy thinks the sibling's relationship is not good.
Don't know if she thinks favourably of Angela tho, she might be serious about getting rid of her
Oh no. I think I forgot too many details.
I got super confused with the first part~
Like, why and what was happening there???
