Okay first Blaine's father is never mentioned in the novel, I only assumed that Serdina used him for wealth and power and killed him. And second I don't remember but I think in the manga too Leah's monther is shown warning her.
And yes Serdina will get punished for all that she has done and will do, our Ishakan will see to that, but let me earn you she has just started she will do way worse thi gs in future to control Leah she is manipulate her memories into replacing Ishakan in her memories with Blaine thinking that all the nice things Ishakan did were done by Blaine( trust me you would want to punch this mother and son at that point).
She will poison her slowly but Leah's brave baby from her belly will save her, untill his daddy arrive.
