No, they are not! I follow the author both on insta and patreon as a paid subscriber. If you are referring to the B&W ones, that's from kinkTober Event which was an event and honestly those aren't really based on who was the bottom or not and the author did take requests from fans and subscribers for some so that doesn't accurately really tell you if this is a switch or not. S1 ends at chapter 24 and author it still working on S2. So you cannot say for absolute certainty that this is a switch couple. And the author never confirms that it is. Not every art is based on what happens in the main storyline.

That's not really what was said in your comment. "it's a switch". I think better wording would be "I think it's a switch". I apologize if I came off a bit aggressive with my comment, but with so many claiming they're a switch couple w/out any back up to the claims is a little irritating.
