study when you have to, read yaoi when you can. thats what i did when I was in uni and I did pretty well overall. in my opinion its about managing your time everyday really well and trying to be as focused as you can when u separate time in the day to study.
then u can tell urself that reading yaoi after studying for the day is your little reward to urself at the end of the day lol plan how much time you believe you need for studying and follow that plan
I read after homework or in between classes, but once it’s study time, STUDY!!
So like what I do is like read for like 5 minutes and study for like 25 and repeat the process if your having problem putting your device down, also studying on school campus or a library can help motivate you since you are in a learning environment
In general i only read at time after getting home from college. I study at night when i have to and read in the time I'm traveling to college, in the time im waiting for the class to start and the breaks that I've in between classes. Basically I don't try to fit my studies with the time I'm reading but actually fit reading into every time I'm not studying/in class
I will however mention that I study smth that doesn't have that many textbook type classes, it's mostly manual/digital workload so my experience may be a lil different
