You do realize that there are quite a few porno couples, who still work in the porn industry, right? It's their business. Ed not wanting to force Glenn to change shows his trust in his partner. Also, the company has shot hundreds of pornos with Glenn only being in a small handful. It's not like he's ramming every dude when he gets the chance. I can't wait to see how their love unfolds, and how they face their obstacles together.

Dude... There are so many people attacking the crap out of Jan. Like, yes, I'm disappointed in how he handled the entire thing - as well. However. HOWEVER. Go back to when he was a child, where the white-haired boy was already messing with Jan's definition/understanding of relationships. He had no healthy relationship to look up to, being that his parents were dead and the family who took him in (although nice) didn't love him like he NEEDED.
He is also an ADULT who has never had a real relationship, with either a man or woman, and growing up only had (what we can tell) 2 "friends."
This boy doesn't even know what a healthy friendship is. He went from having (at this time) 1 friend, to having a person BONDED with him. Bonding isn't even a real relationship. It sounds a lot like imprinting, which is what BABY DUCKS do when they hatch. Also. Jamil doesn't even fully understand what he's feeling until someone explains it to him.
Jamil gave the Jan the ability to understand what he deserves - love - and Pray has helped Jan understand that he's not a complete sociopath but a confused child.
I love Jamil. I will always love him. And I'm saddned by how Jan handled everything, but it is UNDERSTANDABLE.

The thing is itās understandable to some degree but it really doesnāt negate common sense. Unless Jan is a new born child or brain dead you donāt leave someone to possibly die in their pool of love to have sex. Thereās isnāt a plausible excuse for that. Itās not a question of Jan cheating on Jamil or Jan have to be unpack feelings heās uncertain of. Itās the barest minimum logic of Jan willingly went to a motel to have sex with a complete stranger, he was in control of the situation enough to voice this despite the Pheromones excuse. And even now we see he has not once visited Jamil in the hospital since Jan and pray ās sex and then some. Jan clearly through his actions even if itās not the authorās intentions shows he could care less about Jamil and only needs the attention and affection of another person to carry on where simply anyone will do. If thatās the case how did Jan survive this long without Jamil if heās that starved for attention heāll ignore all reasonable logic? Again it makes Jan to appear horribly selfish more than anything because we have the author even showing the self awareness of this through Griffin as the voice of reason this chapter. But then ultimately excusing it as normal because of his sob backstory. You can like him but logically Janās not a root worthy character with such a fickle consternation.

It's gonna end badly, we're all gonna cry and be sad. But, we're all gonna become a little bit better because of it.

So. He got with his cousin because they were both alone, sad, and scared. He entered a sexual relationship with his cousin because he, seemingly, was naive about what it meant. He got attention from someone who went through a similar incident as him and his cousin, and confused it for attraction. When really, it is - most likely - because he feels bad for the kid.
Seriously. He needs to be single for a while and stop rushing into relationships when he doesn't know how to exist on his own. He doesn't even know what a healthy intimate relationship is. Little baby... You're just gonna keep hurting yourself and everyone around you...
This poor baby, Chiwoo... His story makes me think of king Sisyphus, who's stuck rolling a boulder up a hill, and every time he's almost to the top it rolls back down and he has to start all over... This boy just wants to finish school, and not only has his past come back to haunt him, but it's repeating itself with a new human... He needs to just tell the people no, acknowledge them and tell them no... Not try to ignore what's happening and hope it goes away...
