Uke is one of the han guy's experiment (i think it's something that has to do with omega) and han something (the name that the druggie use now) is his real name the druggie is han guy's real son. So he change his real son's name to uke's name and uke to other name. Reason why uke follow the druggie to palace is because the druggie is not omega that's why they need uke to cover up for him.
