Love him or hate him, I think it's pretty obvious Taehwan assholery is necessary for YW to realize his own self worth. There's nothing wrong with rough sex, and I think it'll be a mainstay for this couple even after they officially get together (YW is too much of a maso to be pure vanilla), but YW has some deep seated issues. TH has some of course (denial) but for me, his is much simpler to overcome.
Personally, I don't hate the ex-husband nor do I think he's trash. When he started fucking other women, he was already divorced and therefore not cheating. I know some people think he was cheating even before the divorce, but I don't believe that based on his attitude and actions. Tbh I've been hella frustrated with Shuu for a good bit of this manga. Like, he hasn't really said shit and always says just enough for Atsushi to back off and leave him alone. They've already gone through one big misunderstandin' when Shuu basically had Atsushi confused as to whether or not he actually liked him (the earlier chapters) and now he's been caught keepin' his relation to his sister hidden and all this literally after rejectin' Atsushi without an explanation.
I get not pressurin' someone and waitin' for your partner to be ready but if I was technically seein' someone and they kept boltin' on me just as things were getting intimate AND without explanation I'd be really fuckin' depressed. I'd feel like I was either forcin' them or they didn't feel the same and just didn't feel like they could talk to me about it. It'd be a huge blow to my confidence and belief in our relationship and would really jack with my headspace.
This was fantastic! You see how/why they fall in love, it's not rushed, and they communicate really well. Kanji and the other side characters are also great!
