I don't get why in some isekai stories (like this one) they include transmigration, especially when it changes nothing. Like her behavior change could be simply explained by the betrayal and the pain she feels, no need to bring random girl from the other world. Like no I won't feel deeper connection to the story if u include transmigrated mc.
Furthermore I think in most cases it would be much more satisfying to watch the person that was abused taking their revenge, instead some randomly brought outsider. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Btw im talking about isekai stories in general.
The pacing is so off, first chapters were extra slow-burn and last one is so fast it nearly looks like a parody of itself. o(〒﹏〒)o
His friends are shitty, but in the novel Ash was also pretty crappy too. Makes sense they are friends… Poor Lyle could do better

Well in main story the whole reason Ash accepts to help Lyle is because he is still in love with Nick. Also New years eve wasnt the only time they met. They also met before, in Lyle brothers story and it is made clear that Ash dislikes Lyle alot.
Even in national gallery, when Ash finds out that Nick is pregnant. He asks Lyle to pass congratulations, when Lyle declines. Ash ignores him and just leaves. Lyle is pretty hurt by it.
And overall he is muuuch more flirty in the book, but in the foxy kind of way. To the point that readers feel bad for naive Lyle, because he is just plain manipulative sometimes.
Ofc he when comparing to other webtoon tops (I look at you Passion and Codename Anastasia), he is not thaaaat bad
