Yes, they will remember everything. In the manhua, they start getting very short glimpses of the past and through the novel, they will remember more. They got their memories back on chapter 142 of the novel. I think the manhua needs to adapt 2 more arcs before that. But worry not, even though it takes a while to get back all their memories, there will still be a lot of sweet moments with them. It's all worth it.

the flashbacks are quite frequent; at least one every eight chapters. most flashbacks at the beginning ch1 - 20 are mcs but then we move to the ml where we get lots of flashbacks from his perspective, this is between ch21 - 38. they alternate povs every 10 - 15 chapters up until ch62 (aka the last chapter in main story) in most flashbacks they’re wearing uniforms with ties or aprons. most of mls flashbacks end with him being woken up, so that’ll be when it switches back
they don’t get together till ch50+ BAHDHA it’s a longggggg ride
