Okay. I know how the first few sex scenes looked forced but it was consensual. The seme was rough and an ass but he asked first, uke agreed, and seme paid for that sex in cold cash. Dan is prostituting himself out of desperate need for money, just because Dan asked for more does not give leeway for Jaekyung to penetrate him without his consent. Dan did know what he was getting into but as i said before he literally thought 'i know i knew what i was getting into but this is too much' before punching Jaekyung to get him off him. It wasnt consenual even though Dan is being paid, he still has the human right to give consent. Whatever Jaekyung said what 'we have sex whenever i want whereever i want' is sexual exploitation and its not consensual unless every single time Jaekyhng initiates, Dan gives consent. If Dan doesnt want to Jaekyung forcing him like he did in the shower is rape DESPITE him saying he agreed, he again thought 'this is to much'. Its clear theres a huge power imbalance between them in general and sexual violence should not be denied just because of an invalid agreement. Yeah, this is fiction, especially it's yaoi so of course we have to leave our logic out the window every now and then. Usually, I would agree with your arguments above but this manhwa started with this tone where the uke is prostituting himself because of money to a seme who is a ruffian and an ass so I already conditioned my mind to not like the characters too much (despite the really good art). I don't see any sense in giving consent much thought in this manhwa though because (1) Dan basically sold himself to Jae (2) Jae told him what will happen during this sexual transaction and Dan still went through with it and (3) Jae actually gives Dan the right to say no if it really matters (e.g. the first time they had sex where he was given the choice to leave and the time the hospital called him). I don't think that particular scene in the shower makes such a huge impact because they basically have sex more often than not and having sex anytime anywhere is part of the contract lol but I'm hoping the author gives time for Jae to know more about Dan in the future because he literally doesn't know anything about him and that's okay because they're basically together for sex business and that's how sex business works. But I want him to know that he's actually Dan's first in everything and that he has a past trauma with molestation. Just, character development in general for the both of them I guess.

Don't get me wrong, the plot is definitely good, the art is awesome, and the storytelling was on point, but is this supposed to be an open ending? Like, nothing was resolved. No one payed for whatever they did. They actually killed someone (technically, because he was raped and a video even circulated the school so he killed himself) and nothing happened? The love lines were cut short too (both main couple and the friends). I would rate this 10/10 if there are more chapters showing us how those shitheads paid for their crimes but if this is it then it's like an incomplete series. It feels like not being able to cum after a long and hard sexual intercourse. I'm not gonna rate this now, will wait it out or maybe leave this unrated at all.

It's a toxic BL, with a classic rich toxic seme + poor weak uke trope, they will end up together and in love, no matter how the story started. Whether you like it or not. Whether you trash the seme or not.

This is just a very common jealousy arc, in a very commonly toxic story with a toxic main couple. Jaekyung will try to show ownership, then male rival will lose, Jaekyung will realize his feelings, and then they're gonna be together after some more extra eps.

And this didn't start with the rival's appearance, it started when Dan was just simply interacting with the other gym members. Jaekyung was mad and side eyeing for no reason EVEN when he didn't need him.
And as someone who claims to know how cliché it is you should have spotted that and understood it, but instead you attached it to the contract because you are fake smart.

You say we're getting no where in the plot, even though we literally know in advance how it's gonna end up EXACTLY because it's cliché.
A plot is literally defined by having an initial situation, a breaking point, peripeties, a climax and a final situation. That's 8th grade literature classes for you. Therefore anyone with half a brain who's been to school can tell that the plot's going somewhere.
