First of all, why did she even open the carriage door when she already felt it was suspicious? I’m p sure there were windows she could’ve just looked out of. Even if she thought she was gonna be taken anyway, her staying inside the carriage could’ve given her guards some time to call back up or something.
Second, she could’ve just pretended to still be asleep when that guard came and waited til he was gone. At least then she could’ve tried escaping without guards chasing after her

Lol. For ur first she said her reason already even if she stayed or left the carriage shes still gonna get kidnapped. So atleast she faced it and came not badly hurt.
Second she already got the ropes undone what if the guard notices up close? She cant fight him so she decides to flight with act of surprise she did get him if there werent more guards she couldve gone pretty far.
