Just wondering is there any yaoi manga with this kind of plot: the uke get pregnant (seme's child) and doesn't want to tell the seme, the uke break up with the seme and move far away without contact the seme. then after the child was born the uke live together with the child then suddenly meet up again with the seme. sometime I see doujinshi with this plot, but is there any yaoi manga (no doujinshi) with this plot?

Uke was in a street and seme took him in.
Uke really loves him but he sleeps with women in his house(not like many but only 1 by 1 inside his house) and keeps crying to him to stop. That time those women thought the uke was cute for doing that. Seme didn't care at all.
In the end uke had enough of him and leaves now ex lover. So, he was now a manager of this little cafe or bar idk. This regular costumer fell in love with him.
That ex lover took in a new uke boy(much younger than MC uke) and still did the same thing, sleeping with them. I remember the uke boy staying in MC ukes house to have a time from seme. The conversation between them was something like uke boy was feeling bad or jealous of MC uke. But then he was like "i was happy to leave him" and that's what i remember.
Uke boy went back to his house. He said something to one of woman and that woman said "the last boy was cuter than you".
MC uke got together with that regular costumr. It later showed that seme was a university doctor. Later chapters seme took care one of drunk girl left by her friends. Accompany her to the hospital. In the end that girl was nice to uke. But her real intention was to be like him to make seme to like her. She's like "he's the one who cares about me when my friends don't" She went far as to cut ukes hair and dyed her like blond like him. Desperate she even attempt to stab him. But he got real angry, she went to mental hospitl or something.
The part timer had his own story in that manga too in different chapter. His story was like he got adopted/saved by the beautiful couple. Since the woman had illness can't have kids. The husband was sleeping with that boy. They in love. And that man came back to his life when he wants to forget. He came back to him in the end but he was pampering him a LOT got bored and he went back to work like absolutely nothing happened. It was funny how he got back since he missed many days of his works. Others try to ask but ignored. I forgot to mention the boy tried to be friends with him, interested in him i guess but not gay.
Everyone had a happy ending, the seme stopped sleeping with women and start to treasure the uke boy. His method using his full seduction mode to seme.
