I keep seeing all of these comments about how people have decided to stop reading this manhwa (don't get me wrong, I'm a little bit frustrated/confused myself), but I think there are other things happening in the background of the story that people are failing to see and just jumping to conclusions.
I personally thing that Lu Xuan Run has the blue stone and is using it to manipulate the rather rash and gullible Go Siwon into doubting his own feelings and trick him into submitting to him; in turn, declaring "victory" over Kang Jinha by taking Go Siwon's heart away from him.
My hope out of this bit is that Go Siwon somehow realizes his feelings for Kang Jinha and how much he treasures him and in doing so stops this whole messing around with Kang Jinha's feelings and we can all rejoice in fujoshi peace.
On one side you might be right and I hope it turns out to be like that in the end however, even if xuan roon tricked him in his dreams and made him believe that jinha doesn't want to see him anymore, it seems that siwon is falling in love with him consciously, regardless of the question of stones and dreams (look for example chapter 66 and 67) Anyway we can only make suppositions of course
