Off topic because I haven’t read the recent chapters (I’ve been holding off) Do y’all think Ranmaru has the blue eyed stare? I just reread the chapter where he was named and apparently he has blue eyes

I made the mistake of looking into their eyes and they are just slightly off enough that my brain registers it as cross eyed and now I can’t I see it

This story is stressing me tf out. I can barely make it through each chapter and I know it’s just going to get worse

We’re in the home stretch, almost at the point where we left off before officials

I hope we get more chapters soon

I’ve been avoiding this for a while partly because I’m not ready for it and partly so I can just read it all at once but I check up on the characters every week or two to get an idea of what direction the story is going in and see what’s going on with them. And WOW, I do not think I am ready to unpack what’s going on here yet. I think I’ll check back in a week or two and see if things have calmed down

I’ll probably never read this despite it being in my want to read but whenever I see plots involving prisoners and prison guards all I can think about is how illegal that is. (I’m not complaining or anything, I just can’t stop thinking about that lol)

I’ve been trying to ignore the romantic undertones but obviously I can’t anymore. I always forget how popular this trope is. I’m just going to continue ignoring it until they throw it in my face again lmao. Now I’m curious how long it’ll take til we get another very obvious chapter
