I think you genuinely do not know what’s going on in the story right now so I’m going to quickly explain-
Sid (The character that looks sad at the end that is white)
Jin (cop- The character that was screaming and crying at the end)
Now at least you know both of the characters so I can see their names properly when explaining
In the beginning of the story Sid kidnapped Jin and severely raped him
This rape gave Jin severe PTSD and severe depression which made him do self harm and then eventually he attempted suicide which is the reason why he was hospitalized in the first place
Because of that he has been on suicide watch
He is severely mentally ill because of the rape that happened to him
Sid rapped Jin
