it's more the fact that there's already a good translation and uploading team working on this, who actually already uploaded chp24 (with actual good quality). Idk how many uploaders there are now but they keep on taking down each other's chps and uploading shittier quality ones. It's caused this mess with a jumble of panels that dob;t make sense. Cases like this end up with good translation teams dropping the manga in whole. People have asked them to stop and if they wanted to improve they should pick a manga that doesnt have an uploader
