your hymen actually isn’t supposed to break, that’s a myth. it’s supposed to stretch, make sure you finger yourself/they finger you beforehand to ready yourself. use lots of lube too, even if you think you’re wet enough, its always better to go overboard and be safe. it’ll hurt a lot less!
