First the mirror scene will happen in a couple of chapter(the climax of the story) where cesares real face will come to light. Ruby will get injured badly because cesare threw her out of anger and Frustration against the mirrors. Izek and cesare will fight. Cesare unfortunately manages to escape because the father intervened and the monster rampaged(planned by cesare and caused by his henchmen to divert the attention) izek needs to protect the the people. Ruby will need urgent medical aid. The baby dragon will rampage and izek and him will fight while izek will get seriously hurt. Because ruby knew she needs to help izek and the people she will come to the battle with the help of ellen and andymion(because she was heavily injured they transport her) she will somehow calm the dragon down.
Because cesare escaped he already planned another thing to kidnap ruby and bring her back meanwhile. He promised and threatened the queen that if she helps him arianne would become queen and will not let her die. So she will poison enzo which will lead to his death. (Freya will also fall in love with him) Because of dark magic and the help of the queen he somehow manages to teleport ruby back. Arianne the little princess tells izek about that. Izek will come with the baby dragon and popo and griffin to bring ruby back. Cesare and izek will fight again where izek wins and finally kills him
