Where did you find out there is 68 chapters in total ???

There's actually more of that.. but summary is only available online. And from the last post I saw.. Its was volume 13 :)

Are you sure. I read chapter 63 and that’s apparently the end for now. Unless there is like a second season or something. Lots of places are saying that it ends at 63. I really don’t wanna get my hopes up. Although is an old post, hope you can’t respond

In the end, Uraboku got 13 volumes and 63 chapters total. The series was cut short.

I feel the same, as a kid i loved this manga but now i am bored with it. The characters are still amazing (which is one of the things i loved about it) but it feels like there is no new development. I have missed some ch. and i don't feel like i have missed anything.

it only feels that way because we wait a month for a new chapter, but if you go back a ways and the read you can see it has developed very well and is at nice pace. That is just what I think though.

..the first few panels of each update are pretty well a recap of the previous update and for me this arc has been stretched too thin...it really is time to wind it down but i don't see that happening anytime soon since we were enticed by Ren showing at the audition at some point but since we cant seem to get past Kyoko still auditioning...

The last time there was any new development was when her mother showed up but after that we seem to be at a stalemate- nothing new has happened. She still haven't realized that Ren is Corn. She still haven't admitted her feelings for Ren, they both haven't realized that they like each other. She is still working in the 'love me section'. In her acting career she is still consider an amateur- although she is a great actress. There still isn't any real closer between she and that singer guy (forgot his name) in we are over 30 volume into this series.

i saw a comment where the reader started reading this series in middle school and is now in University..that is amazing but at the same time sad since if you look at the series as a whole, you are right there is no forward movement or its has been relatively slow enough that it seems like there is no actual motion..i really am praying to the author to let us see more of what we all want so much..the romance that was supposed to be the core of whey we fell in love with it in the first place

Seriously, it's like people don't understand SLOW BURN, and that romance is not the main point nor the most important thing in this story.

Not to mention that the mangaka, Nakamura-sensei, is doing this correctly with having character development for Kyoko and so many others too like Ren, Sho, Moko, Maria, that one actress who hated showing the back of her neck, Vie Ghoul, Kyoko's mom, and so many more are part of this and need to be shown because that's how you world build, how you have characters interact, get invested with the characters and move the story forward.

The pacing is realistic and so are the challenges everyone faces and how they resolve problems. Anyone who thinks otherwise is most likely used to quicker, shorter stories, rushed "romance"- if it can even be called that, or they just have no patience to stick with this for the long haul because they should already know this is how it's been since the very beginning of the whole manga series.

Anyways, rant over, I just wish people would stop comlaining about the same damn stupid thing everytime and instead send positivity to the mangaka or write about something they liked from the chapter.

Also Kyoko's gameface/getting into the Momiji character is so cool and perfect too. It tells you shit is about to go down and Kyoko is gonna be a freakin badass right now! >:D

well since i seem to have been throughly chastised for having a as you put it a stupid complaint aka my opinion i best get in line and keep it quiet but perhaps you should also see the view point of those complainers as well who do love the series but are at times frustrated with the pace and simply finding an outlet to vent..no?

Yes we all know this manga is not only about romance and most of us fell in love with it because of the great character development but you can't just call us complainers if we let our frustration with the overly slow pace the manga is going be known. some of us have been reading this manga since we were kids, (i started when i was 13 and now i am 24), and we still haven't had a conclusion regarding some of the issues from the beginning of this manga, so i think we have a right to be frustrated. Lets be honest here, the author is stretching the story out (there is slow burn- which can sometime make a story better- and there is stretching it out). Take Tokyo crazy paradise for example, the author was able to write a great story with amazing character development, growth, and with realistic romantic development in less than 20 volume but with this manga over 30 volume later we still haven't seen much growth with Kyo- she is still afraid of love and being hurt. she still haven't yet realized that Ren is Corn. She still have a negative view of herself. And she still haven't became a professional actress. I don't think it is realist that she still consider a newbie and is treated like a nobody. She has already been is some successful movies and tv shows. It is not realistic that she is still consider a newb. Worse of all it doesn't feel like we are going to get a resolution to any of the issues anytime soon.

lol there are currently 29 novels with 16 translated, as it stands the manga has a long way to go to catch up.. if anyone would like to read..there are no visuals so the manga here is a god send to get the feel of the novels
