Yep, the uke is the one almost raped ( not raped bcz the seme at the end didn't do it and let go of the uke,, but at lest he tried to) As per my understanding, the uke confessed to the seme when they were child (seme was kinda older) which somehow affected him unusually (made him curious about gay sex or twisted I dunno) and that's why he blames the uke. As per Seme, had the uke not confessed, he (seme) wouldn't have been turned into a gay (not a gay clearly, it's as if he became asexual if it's not with the uke)
